Xolo Play Tegra Note launched in India, claims to be the fastest tablet in the world

With the launch of the new Android based play tablet, Xolo has once again made a comeback in the market. After the disappointment of Xolo Play Tablet 7.0, the newer version i.e. Xolo Play Tegra Note, launched with a price tag of Rs. 17,999, has arrived with some power packed features.

With simplicity as their key, the company has rubberized the tablet’s back side in the middle with plastic material covering the sides. Its bezel around the 7-inch display screen makes it easy to hold and work on.

Along with the tablet comes a stylus with DirectStylus technology. Its pressure sensitive tip helps you to take full benefit of Tegra Draw application and it works well with the ultra-sensitive screen. However, the stylus of this Xolo Play Tablet makes a point with its dual sided tips. The thin end is used for writing while the thick tip can be used as an eraser and for drawing and colouring purposes. The further added feature to this stylus is that it also allows you to take a snapshot of the screen portions that can be shared via email.

The Xolo Play Tegra Note comes only with Wi-Fi; however, it also supports various connectivity options such as Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 2.0, WLAN and Micro HDMI. The tablet also provides good quality sound for movies and gaming with the help of Nvidia’s PureAudio technology. It features dual-sided HD stereo speakers that come bundled with bass-reflex port.
Available in black colour, following are some of the specifications of this latest Xolo Play Tegra Note:

-        With a powerful 1.8GHz Tegra 4-processor escorted by a 72-core GeForce GPU and quad-core CPU, the tablet is all about effectual and great performance and an astounding android experience.

-        Xolo Play Tablet also has a 5-megapixel rear camera with an incredible resolution of 2592x1944 pixels.
-        Running on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean at present, the device can be updated to Android 4.3 and Android 4.4 KitKat at later stages available by Nvidia.
-        Xolo Play Tablet features a long battery life up to 8.2 hours of web browsing through Wi-Fi, powered by a 4100 mAh battery.
-        With internal memory storage of 16GB, the Xolo Play Tablet also comes with a MicroSD slot extendable up to 64GB.
-        The front camera of 0.3-megapixel featured in the tablet enables you to make a video call as well.

Apart from the above mentioned features, this device can also be bundled with several accessories provided by this brand. A slide cover at an MRP of Rs. 2,499 can be flipped or made to work like a kickstand. It helps to set the tablet in three different orientations. The company sure is hoping that this first Tegra 4-based tablet launched in India with a stylish design and dynamic features will set off a stiff competition for its counterparts.
